Stephen Blackstone, Senior Software Engineer. 

Stephen has more than twenty years of experience in software development and architecture. He has worked in a wide variety of industries, including capital management, auctions, lotteries, gaming, and banking. Stephen has a deep understanding of system performance, security, and user interaction. 

 
Mike Boylson, Chief Marketing Officer.
Mike previously served as CMO of JCPenney, where he worked for more than thirty years, including more than ten years in marketing and communications. For eight years while he was CMO, JCPenney had its strongest growth period in history. Mike managed the strategic branding for JCPenney’s top-eight private brands, oversaw all customer service call centers, and managed an active customer relationship list of over 44 million. In 2006, JCPenney won the NRF Worldwide Brand Launch of the Year for “Everyday Matters,” which Mike managed the creation and execution. He was named to Brandweek’s Power Players eight years in a row and was inducted into the Retail Advertising Hall of Fame in 2006.
 

Lauren Bristow, Marketing Manager.
Lauren has become a celebrity among our online fans.  She recently obtained her BA, Summa Cum Laude, from Concordia University Irvine and has more than three years of experience in social media and event marketing.  

 
Bennett Brown, Senior Regulatory Officer and Chief Credit Officer.
Bennett has over fifty years in banking, including seven years as a Bank Examiner at the OCC. Bennett has been a Market President for various big banks, president and CEO of three community banks, and started two de novo banks. Bennett served in the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, in the 1970s.
 

Marissa Cotton, Fraud Risk Analyst.
Marissa spent more than six years at Sterling Bank and Trust working in various departments, including Fraud Prevention, BSA, credit, and CRA.  She has a BS in Business Administration from Adrian College, where she was a competitive athlete.

Mara Dell’ Aquila, Deposit Operations Specialist.
Mara has twenty years of experience in bank deposit operations, including responsibility over policies and procedures, digital operations, and core conversions.
 

Michelle Doran, Loan Officer and Processor at Home Loans by Old Glory Bank. 
Michelle has more than thirty years of experience in mortgages and has closed and sold loans in all fifty states.

Jeffrey Dvornek, Data Infrastructure Lead. 
Jeff is responsible for data lake operations and the architecture for Old Glory Bank’s secure server environment.  His background in infrastructure, DevOps, and software development complements his knowledge of financial systems, having worked for Bloomberg, L.P., and later in gaming, auctions, and banking.

Janice Garrett, Deposit Operations Specialist.
Janice has 20 years of banking experience and specializes in online banking and cash management setup, general ledger balancing, and ACH item processing.

Mary Graves, Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative in Elmore City. 
Mary has worked at Old Glory Bank and its predecessor, First State Bank, for over 10 years. Mary has dedicated her career to building relationships with our customers.

 
Robert Halford, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Operations.
Robert has more than thirty years of experience in balance sheet and investment portfolio management through his roles as CFO and Senior VP of Operations of various community banks. He was a co-founder of two de novo banks and served as the CFO for twenty-one years with one of them. Robert has an MBA from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
 

Sherri Harris, Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative in Elmore City. 
Sherri has worked at Old Glory Bank and its predecessor, First State Bank, for over ten years.  Sherri is a long-standing team member in Elmore City who serves our customers and the community with more than 40 years of experience in banking.

Shannon Holden, Vice President, Communications. 
Shannon has more than thirty years of experience as a creative and sales professional, including experience in sales and marketing for one of the very first mobile banking platforms offered in the industry.  Shannon also has ten years of experience in the Banking and EDI software fields.  

 
Kay Inthasone, Deposit Operations Specialist.
Kay has more than thirty-six years of experience in deposit operations, overseeing complex banking operations to ensure account security and accuracy, including for the State Bank of Texas, Comerica Bank, and Bank of New York Mellon.
 

Joe Jewell, AVP, Onboarding & Risk. 
Joe has over 20 years of experience in branch and banking operations, project management, quality control, and regulatory review at US Bank. 

 
John Kingma, Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief of Business Banking.
John leads the product and implementation of Business Banking and has more than seventeen years of experience in business banking, most recently serving as the VP of Operations and Information Technology Officer for a ten-branch bank. John has more than fifteen years of direct experience in the same technology platform as Old Glory Bank and was responsible for more than $1b in transactions annually.
 

Sherry Krawczyk, Disputes and Risk Manager.

Sherry has over thirty years of banking experience and will be responsible for disputes, chargebacks, fraud, and risk tools/rules and processes. Sherry worked at U.S. Bank (as Vice President of Operations), where she was responsible for Reg E and dispute processing. Sherry is a former Director of Risk and Compliance, BSA Officer, and Fraud Manager.
 

Monica Kutz, Senior Director, Customer Experience Ambassador Program. 
Monica has more than twenty years of customer care and service management experience. She began her career as a Process Design, Implementation, and Training Consultant with Accenture and then founded her own stay-at-home wholesale venture. There, she implemented a variety of e-commerce platforms for local retail outlets and has led capital campaigns and fundraising efforts for local schools and businesses. Monica started at Old Glory Bank as an Ambassador and quickly became manager of this important customer service program. 

Catherine Longo, Enterprise Project Manager. 
Catherine brings almost 20 years of project management and technology experience, including ten years in banking.  Catherine is responsible for project implementation and process transformation for customer experiences.

Philip Martin, SVP Compliance, Bank Operations.
Phil has more than ten years of experience in FI technology, consulting, and regulatory compliance in both private industry and state government. Starting as a BSA/AML analyst, he founded and sold a consultancy in a highly regulated emerging industry and has worked as the Chief Compliance Officer for a prominent FI. At Old Glory Bank, he designs and implements governance infrastructure and internal controls while assisting the organization in various capacities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Richmond, the American International University in London (UK), and is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS).

Rica McGinnis, Vice President, BSA Officer.
Rica has more than 12 years of experience in banking and accounting, including more than 7 years with BSA responsibility. She is a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and has her BSA/AML Professional Certification.

Tamala Menifee, Deposit Operations Specialist. 
Tamala has more than ten years' experience in banking operations, including for US Bank and State Bank of Texas.

Jason Miles, Senior Advisor.
Jason has over 30 years of management experience in payments, financial services, and technology. He has experience with start-up and large public corporations, building best-in-class operations and technology solutions, including organizational turn-around assignments, consolidations, and revenue growth/expense management. Jason has served as the Chief Product Officer of UniRush and Greendot Corporation. Jason was also SVP of FSV Payment Systems, responsible for the implementations, client management, issuer management and business development teams before U.S. Bank acquired FSV in 2012. Before FSV Payments, Jason was the Senior Client Director for CitiStreet, responsible for software implementations, design, and administration platforms.

 
Eric Ohlhausen, Chief Strategy Officer and President of Old Glory Pay.
Eric has served as CFO and other senior strategy officer positions at several successful financial services companies, including Greenlight Financial and Brightwell Payments. He has extensive experience in operations and capital formation. Before earning an MBA in England and Japan, Eric was a credit analyst at C&S National Bank, where he also served as a commercial loan officer for C&S and its acquirer, NationsBank, which Bank of America then acquired.
 
Charles Ogilvie, Chief Revenue Officer.
Charles started in banking more than thirty years ago and led the effort to launch the world’s first digital bank in the late 1990s. He then grew Security First to over $400 million in revenues by selling technology to banks worldwide. After Security First, Charles started his own company, StillPoint Financial Advisors, a multi-family office using proprietary software to service high-net-worth clients. Since StillPoint, Charles has served as Chief Revenue Officer for various SaaS companies, leading teams to sell solutions in disruptive technologies such as big data analytics, industrial smart glasses in manufacturing, marketing automation, and digital asset management.
 
Steve Paganucci, Chief Security Officer and Chief of Staff.
Steve served our nation for thirty-three years as an Infantry officer in the United States Army and later as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his time at the FBI, Steve developed and implemented various innovative financial programs that supported protective operations worldwide, culminating in his role as Chief of Covert Finance for the FBI. Steve holds a BS in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
 

Tom Potratz, Chief Operating Officer.

Tom has over thirty years of experience across banking and banking technology and has deep expertise in technical integrations and vendor management. Previously, Tom served as Senior Vice President and COO of a large division of U.S. Bank, where he successfully led a team of more than 200 people, being responsible for Vendor Management, Issuing Bank Partner Management, Reg E, Fraud, BSA/AML, Settlement, Customer Support, IVR and Call Centers. Previously, Tom was a Senior Vice President at Associated Bank in charge of Banking Technology for Retail and Commercial Banking.
 
Anne Marie Ring, Chief Legal Officer and EVP Customer Service, including its acclaimed Ambassador Program. Anne Marie’s twenty-year legal career began in the Greenberg Traurig, LLP international law firm where she worked in Corporate and Intellectual Property law. She then worked as in-house counsel at RaceTrac Petroleum, where she was responsible for contracts and operational matters. Anne Marie is a co-founder and partner at The Ring Firm, PC, where she has practiced corporate, human resources, and intellectual property law. In addition, Anne Marie has spent over twenty years serving her community as a leader on boards of various community groups and non-profit organizations.
 
Mike Ring, President and CEO.
Mike started as a corporate lawyer (JD and LLM in Tax). Before forming his own law firm, he was a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Mike has spent more than twenty-five years in business, including being a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Haymon Sports, the world’s largest and most successful boxing company, and owner of the Premier Boxing Champions series (PBC). Additionally, he was one of the co-founders and Board Members of Katz Broadcasting, which successfully created and launched four multi-cast television networks, which was then acquired by Scripps Media in 2017 as part of the largest multi-cast network transaction to date. Mike served four years in the Air Force.
 
Carol Ritchie, Business Banking Relationship Manager.  
Carol has more than 15 years of experience in branch and business banking operations, including for PNC Bank.
 

Bill Shine, Executive Chairman.

Bill spent more than twenty years at The Fox News Channel, culminating in his position as Co-President of Fox News Channel and President of the Fox Business Network. After FNC & FBN, Bill went to The White House, serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications in 2018 and 2019.
 

Jennifer Smith, Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Product. 
Jennifer has fifteen years of experience designing and delivering training programs, directing external communication, and managing a team of consultants.  Jennifer was Training & Quality Assurance Director for a national customer service center and later led a team of Client Service professionals. 

 
Michael Staw, Chief Innovation Officer.
In 1998, Michael started and ran RealTime Gaming, an online software pioneer with over fifty licensees and hundreds of thousands of simultaneous users. In 2002, Michael created a closed-loop wallet for online payment processing and was an early leader in payment processing, data analytics, security, and consumer privacy. Michael also founded BidCactus, which was one of the first, and then the largest of the penny auction sites. He was also the founder of ScaledFURY, a software development, data security, and consulting company that has done projects for state lotteries, healthcare companies, and medical device manufacturers and has performed security audits for Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of three technology patents.
 

Kevin Sutton, Chief Content Officer. 
Kevin has a career in marketing and content creation spanning over thirty years, including writing TV, radio, social, and out-of-home campaigns for big brands such as GEICO, McDonald’s, BMW, and Miller Brewing Company. Kevin is the author of much of the messaging and content of Old Glory Bank’s marketing collateral and social content.  

 
Andrea Lee Valentin MBA, CFE, CAMS, CFCS, SVP Fraud & Risk.
Andrea has over twenty years of experience in banking and financial services. She previously served as VP of the Prepaid Operations division of US Bank, where she was responsible for the Prepaid Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), bank relations/program management, Reg E dispute processing, complaint response teams, and KYC/CIP, AML, and fraud prevention. Andrea is a founding member and President of the Financial Fraud Consortium (FFC). She serves on the ACFE Scholarship foundation as its chair and as an advisory board member to the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS). Andrea has a BA in accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica College.
 

Colin Valentin, Digital Banking Analyst. 
Colin has more than six years of banking experience at U.S. Bank, where he managed a team of twenty-seven.  He has also worked in the prepaid card space, managed outside vendors, and handled Regulation E disputes in compliance.

Thomas Woodmaska, Senior Vice President Business Lending. 

Tom has over 30 years of experience in lending, credit, origination, risk, compliance, and oversight. Previously, Tom worked at a large financial institution where he co-managed a $32 billion investment portfolio. He has also worked at the FDIC, the SBA, and the USDA and as a consultant to several of the top firms in the banking industry. In addition to successfully building loan portfolios in various asset classes, Tom has extensive experience in ensuring Bank compliance under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Patriot Act (Title III).
 
Bridget Woytowicz, Vice President, Bank Applications.
Bridget has over ten years of online banking operations, including deposit operations, debit cards, wires, and ACH transactions. Bridget has extensive experience devising and implementing online banking policies, procedures, and practices to comply with regulatory requirements.
