The Banking Bill of Rights
Old Glory Bank introduced our Banking Bill of Rights in direct response to what our co-founders have been seeing for years: the debanking of law-abiding Americans and the invasion of their privacy by banks in cooperation with the government.
These trends were documented by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, which revealed that the Department of Treasury was urging banks to flag routine transactions (such as the purchase of Bibles or simply shopping at outdoors-oriented stores) as potential “extremist” indicators.
Old Glory Bank stands firm on the principle that your lawful financial activity is your business. Protecting your financial privacy, security, and liberty is ours.
The Banking Bill of Rights
Old Glory Bank holds these truths to be self-evident, that every American has the right to financial freedom, that big banks should not dictate who gets to use America’s financial institutions, and that there is nothing more un-American than being canceled for your beliefs.
Freedom of Association
The right to bank without the risk of cancellation because of your faith, industry, or beliefs.
Freedom of Financial Privacy
The right to banking privacy, shielded from improper government snooping.
Freedom from Censorship
The right to access online payment apps without the threat of cancellation by big tech censors.
Freedom of Lifestyle

Freedom of American Values
The right to bank with institutions that respect and support your American values.
