Controller
The Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and is responsible for assisting the CFO in overseeing all financial operations of the bank, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, ALCO, liquidity, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the bank’s financial statements, maintaining financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. READ MORE AND APPLY.

Assistant Controller
The Assistant Controller supports the Controller and CFO in managing the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions of the bank. This role is responsible for executing core accounting operations, supporting regulatory reporting, maintaining internal controls, and assisting with financial analysis, ALCO reporting, and liquidity monitoring.
The Assistant Controller works closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Accounting Analyst
The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting month-end close processes, assisting with regulatory reporting, and improving internal controls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
