An Update from CEO Mike Ring

August 14, 2026

We have announced that Old Glory Bank will not be going public on the Nasdaq, as we had been working towards. We will remain privately held, owned by Main Street as we always have been.

Our leadership team did believe it was a great solution to have our stock listed on the Nasdaq, so that every American could be an owner if they wanted to. We may again seek to go public, but not likely for several years.

The SEC made effective our Registration Statement (as many of you saw in our filings), but the Federal Reserve told us that they would not approve our deal, and even asked us to withdraw our application, to limit their liability (which we will not do). For 3 years, I’ve openly preached that the Federal Reserve is the “kingpin” of the Big Bank Cartel, working against Main Street to consolidate their control over banks, our economy, and American freedoms.

This information will likely be welcome news to many of you, who did not want us to go public. We did hear you, but believed it was best to do this if we could get it done.

As is often the case in life, God has plans for us that do not align with what we understand. So, we will continue to work hard to align our mission with HIS will.

We thank you for your business, and please keep spreading the word about Old Glory Bank and our fight for liberty.

Sincerely and gratefully standing with you,

Mike Ring, President and CEO
and all of us at Old Glory Bank
